Attention: Superfresh has stopped participating in the eScrip fundraising program. The library will no longer earn money when you shop there with a registered card. Thank you to everyone who has helped with this fundraising effort in the past.
However, you can still help by shopping through the eScrip Online Mall. The library will receive a contribution for every purchase made through the online mall with retailers such as Amazon, Apple, Coach, Target and Petco. For us to earn credit for your purchase, please set up an account through escrip.com and make sure to choose: “Friends-Free Library Northampton Township” on step 2 of the sign-up. You may also register by clicking on the eScrip logo on this page. If you have already registered your card, we with to extend our thanks! Volunteer your time at the library!
Help keep the shelves organized at the Northampton Township Library by becoming an Adopt-A-Shelf volunteer. This is a flexible volunteer opportunity that can be done whenever the library is open. You can monitor your assigned area as frequently as seems warranted and at your own scheduling convenience. This is an ideal job for a volunteer who cannot commit to a set schedule and needs extremely flexible volunteer hours.
Tasks include making sure books are in order on the shelf, finding books that belong to other branches and checking the condition of the books.
We are currently looking for several volunteers to shelve books on a regular schedule. It is requested that volunteers come in at least once a week for 1 or 2 hours.
Applications are available to print off online or can be obtained at the Circulation Desk.
